Loire - Pouilly-Fumé AOC - White - It will accompany the finest dishes from the ocean to white meats with its freshness and length in the mouth that will be allies of an exceptional moment.
Red wine - A perfect match for beef à l'orange, chicken bouillabaisse, rack of pork or roast kid.
Red wine - Burgundy - Pinot noir - This cuvée opens with notes of fresh, delicate red fruit. Fine tannins. Food pairing: red meat, fish, poultry, rabbit, cheese.
Red wine - Burgundy - Pinot noir - Game birds and delicate meats are the ideal partners for this Volnay: roast guinea fowl or veal with morel mushrooms will do it proud. It also goes well with mild cheeses such as Comté or Chaource.
Red Wine - Provence - 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 6% Mourvèdre, 4% Cinsault. Intense ruby-red color. Aromas of red fruits, cherries, raspberries and spicy nuances. Ample and enveloping on the palate. Enjoy with meat dishes in sauce, such as boeuf bourguignon or ossobuco.
Vin Rosé - Côtes de Provence - has a pale color with golden highlights. The fine nose evokes peach, lemon and notes of cinnamon and vanilla. Ideal with grilled Mediterranean fish, grilled meats (lamb, etc.) and more exotic dishes, especially Asian.
Red Wine - Bordeaux - A supple, amiable second wine with ripe, mellow tannins and a delicate bouquet of red fruit, flowers and spices. A perfect accompaniment to game, poultry and pan-fried porcini mushrooms.
White Champagne - Pinot Noir: 60.0%. Chardonnay: 40.0% - Cristal is the flagship of Louis Roederer. Created in 1876 at the special request of Tsar Alexander II.
